Everything we bring in is collected in Harare. One collection point, no delivery leg, and nothing to pay when you arrive.
Sea leaves once a month. Air goes as soon as your goods reach us, which makes it 7 to 12 days from paying. When it clears, we message you and your order is ready to collect in Harare.
Bring two things
Your collection code and photo ID in the recipient's name. The code is a six-character code we send you the moment your payment goes through, and it sits on your tracking page for the whole journey, so you cannot lose it. We hand nothing over without both.
Why we insist on both. The code proves the order is yours. The ID proves you are the person it was sent to. Either one alone is guessable or borrowable, and once we have handed a parcel to the wrong person there is nothing we can do about it.
Collection only, for now. We do not run a delivery leg inside Zimbabwe yet, so every order is collected in Harare. If you are outside Harare you are welcome to order and arrange your own onward transport, and we will say so plainly rather than promise a delivery we cannot make.

Your order joins the first shipment whose payment date has not passed. Sending everything in one order is faster than sending it piece by piece, because a parcel waits for its slowest item.
What it costs to get here
Sea comes in four box sizes, from £16.00 for a small one up to £150.00 for a full one to yourself. Air is charged on weight, £12.50 a kilo. Plus £6.00 for clearance. All of it sits inside the single price you agree up front, so there is nothing to settle at collection. Full breakdown.

Not yet. Every order is collected from our Harare collection point. We would rather say that plainly than take your money and improvise.
Do you deliver to Bulawayo, Mutare or anywhere else?
Not yet. You can still order from anywhere in Zimbabwe, but the parcel is collected in Harare and onward transport is yours to arrange. We will tell you that before you pay, not after.
Do I pay anything at collection?
No. Shipping and clearance are inside the price you agreed before we bought anything. If the parcel weighs more than we estimated we tell you before it ships, never at the counter. If it weighs less, you get the difference back.
Can someone else collect for me?
Yes. Tell us their name before they come and they bring their own photo ID plus your collection code. The code does not change. Do not send someone without telling us first, because we will turn them away.
How will I know it has arrived?
We message you the moment it lands, with your collection code in the message. Your private tracking link updates the whole way too. You do not need to chase us.
What if I lose my collection code?
You cannot really. It is on your tracking page from the moment you pay until the moment you collect, and it is in your payment confirmation. If you have lost the tracking link, look your order up by reference.
