Can you buy from a shop that is not on this list?
Yes, any UK shop. The list is shops we already know well, not a restriction.
Why can I not just order from these shops myself?
Most UK retailers will not deliver to Zimbabwe, and their checkouts reject cards without a UK billing address. That is the problem this service exists to solve.
Can I order from more than one shop in the same request?
Yes, and most people do. You will pay each shop’s UK delivery separately because that is what we are charged, but our fee and shipping are worked out across the whole order.
